Alan Darcy was born in Staten Island, N.Y.

While attending a concert in the 4th grade at his elementary school, Alan heard the sweet sounds of a saxophone for the first time in his life! He was enchanted with the instrument. He loved the tone. He loved the way it's gold lacquer shined and sparkled in the stage lights. He loved the way it made him feel.

Fast-Forward a few years later when Alan's family relocated to Orlando, FL. He joined the High School band and finally was able to get his hands on his own saxophone! His mom signed him up for lessons and the rest has been a musical journey full of passion, smiles, fun and adventure!
